1502: Villa next to the lighthouse

This spacious villa lies in a privilaged location, on Minorca`s south-west end, only few hundred meters away from Cap d`Artrutx lighthouse as well as from Cala`n Bosch, with its sandy beach and lively commercial and leisure area.
